The process in which we plan to archive these journals calls for a bit of tedious work; scanning in each and every page of the journals from front to back. Jacqueline was able to send the scanned pages directly to an e-mail account. From there, she downloads each PDF file of a page and compiles them together to create the digital version of each book.
She is averaging about 15 minutes a journal. We have 38 journals in our possession. 35 are physical, hard copies. That means it will take about 525 minutes to scan in the entire library at that rate. We will made a schedule to organize our scanning time to get all the journals scanned within the next two weeks.
